At Eden, we want you to be satisfied with our services. Because we offer our services across multiple platforms, refund requests are handled by the platform where the purchase was made.
Our order process for web-based subscriptions is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for these transactions.
Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for web purchases. If you purchased a subscription via our website and would like to request a refund, please contact the Paddle Buyer Support team directly at paddle.net or via email at help@paddle.com.
Refunds for web purchases are provided at the discretion of Paddle and are subject to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.
If you purchased your subscription via the Eden mobile app, your transaction is handled by the respective app store (Apple or Google). Eden does not have the ability to process or issue refunds for these transactions directly.

Google Play Store: To request a refund, please follow the instructions on Google Play’s Help Page.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to certain exceptions for digital content that has been accessed or consumed. These rights are managed and honored by the Merchant of Record (Paddle, Apple, or Google) through which you made your purchase.
