Refund Policy

At Eden, we want you to be satisfied with our services. Because we offer our services across multiple platforms, refund requests are handled by the platform where the purchase was made.

For subscriptions purchased via our website, Eden uses Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. All web-related payment inquiries and refund requests are governed by Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions and are at the discretion of Paddle.com.

You may initiate a refund request by any of the following:

  1. In the apps, open the app. On the homepage, select Eden+. Then select “Request Refund”. A message window will pop up where you can contact us to request a refund.
  2. Go to our Contact Us page.
  3. Contact Paddle Support at paddle.net or via email at help@paddle.com.

If you purchased your subscription via the Eden mobile app, your transaction is handled by the respective app store (Apple or Google). Eden does not have the ability to process or issue refunds for these transactions directly.

Apple App Store: To request a refund, please follow the instructions on Apple’s Support Page.

Google Play Store: To request a refund, please follow the instructions on Google Play’s Help Page.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to certain exceptions for digital content that has been accessed or consumed. These rights are managed and honored by the Merchant of Record (Paddle, Apple, or Google) through which you made your purchase.
